With the big game and rain clouds, both approaching this Sunday, it's an excellent reason to have an Indoor Tailgate Party! It's easy with these 10 great tips from Steve Raichlen, the author of The Barbeque Bible and 28 other well known grilling titles.

Not only is he an author but he also a journalist, cooking teacher and a TV host. Steve has also created the "Barbeque University" at the Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, which according to the Food Network, is the "#1 Barbecue Experience in the U.S." epicurious, a website that offers recipes, cooking ideas, cooking features, and tons of cooking how-to videos, had Steve Raichlen develop a "Super Bowl Sunday Menu." The menu includes a great list of food ideas for your perfect "Indoor Tailgate Party."

As we all know, the Super Bowl is a huge social event when family and friends gather at one place to enjoy food, drinks, the game, and of course each other. It's the perfect excuse to bring the grilling from the outdoors, to the indoors, and Steve Raichlen gave epicurious, "Ten Tips for Success" to share with all of the game day viewers.
